There is such a vast variety of badges on our website. Each badge has different size, and the photos may sometimes be misleading – a very large badge may seem small in its window, while a small sized badge appears large by filling she whole space of its frame. So how would you estimate the size of badge you consider adding to your collection? In order to make things easier, we gathered the variety of characteristics and divided it into a few major groups. We use the letters S, M, L etc. to include several measures within a group. We chose the "M"edium group arbitrarily to embrace the standard enamel badge size (click for an example or another example), a bit smaller or a bit larger. The "L" size would include the Golani Warrior Badge and badges alike. An XL badge refers to badges approximately the size of the Paratrooper Wings, and a "S"mall badge looks like the Palmach pin.
Once again, the sizes may vary within each group. The standards would only help you understand to what approximate size you should expect.
